What you should know before ordering

Terms and conditions of sale

Currency. All prices are in Euros (EUR). Converting from Euro to your currency is done by the credit card company.

VAT. If you live outside the European Union (EU) you don't have to pay value-added tax (VAT). If you are an EU resident you have to pay VAT of 10% for books and 20% for all other products (including eBooks).

Shipping costs. Shipping fees are based on destination and weight.

Delivery time. Your order should arrive within 7 to 12 days.

eBooks. eBooks are available for download. After approval of your credit card you will receive download instructions by email (usually within 24 hours).

Payment. Orders must be paid by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or JCB). You must be the owner of the card.

There are order alternatives if you don't have a credit card.

Safety of your order. All your ordering information - including your name, address, and credit card number - is encrypted using a secure server (128 bit - SSL) for maximum security (the address line will start with "https://" and there's also a small lock or key symbol at the bottom of most browser windows).

Risk of loss. If your order gets lost or damaged during shipping you'll get a replacement at no charge.

Returns policy. Within two weeks of receipt of your shipment, you may return goods, for any reason, for a full refund. Please send also an email notice. Note that shipping rates for returning the goods must be payed by you. CD-ROMs must be returned unopened, wrapped in original foil. Note that you may not return eBooks!

Law. This contract is based on Austrian law.

Safety of data. Your personal data and payment data will be treated strictly confidential.

Email. A valid and working email address is needed for a successful order completion. Please use your main email address. Don't worry, your data will not be given away.
